At the Saga Film Commission, we offer exceptional scenes such as bountiful nature, expansive prefectural land and Saga landmarks as locations for movies, TV dramas, commercials, and promotional videos. We also offer help to ensure that filming on location advances smoothly.

What's a Film Commission(FC)?
Film Commissions are non-profit public organizations that attract movie, commercial, and TV drama film crews to shoot on location in the FC’s respective localities, and that help film crews accomplish their work smoothly.
Concretely, they help facilitate permit procedures for areas such as road and facility usage, and also introduce and investigate suitable filming locations.
In Japan, FCs are active in metropolises and districts, cities, towns and villages, the chamber of commerce and industry, the convention bureau, the tourist league, and in tourist associations.
FCs are non-profit and so do not receive any commissions for their services, nor do they offer any capital.
